| How does PinoyMovieRentals.com work? |
Tell us what movies you want and we'll deliver them to you without you leaving your house. Choose a monthly plan that's right for you. We have plans that allow you to have anywhere from 1 DVD to 3 DVDs out at-a-time. Click here to learn about other available plans
Choose from over 950 titles and growing on DVD. There is really no catch and no due dates or late fees - ever! You can easily cancel anytime, online, 24 hours a day. There are no cancellation fees although there are no refunds for partial months.
PinoyMovieRentals.com started in 2005 and since have satisfied so many members with our unique selections and services. Our goal is to have the greatest selections and provide the best service at the lowest prices.

| How long can I keep a movie? |
You can keep a movie for as long as you want without late fees, or any other penalties as long as you are a member! |

| How do I cancel my membership? |
You can cancel your membership at anytime 24/7 by logging into your account and clicking on the CANCEL button. Please note that your account can NOT be fully canceled if you have any movies checked out so please make sure all movies are returned before submitting the cancellation request. Also if you currently have an semi-annual or annual plan, any cancellation requests will be processed at the end of the plan cycle, we cannot cancel it prior to the end of the cycle. If you cancel an active plan, we will not re-new your plan at the end of the plan cycle. Unfortunately, we cannot credit back any remaining time left in the plan. |

| How many movies can I check out at once? |
That depends on your plan. If you signed up for the three movie plan, you can have up to three titles in your possession at once.
Lets say for example, that you signed up for the four DVD plan. If you return one movie back to us, we'll send out one movie from your PInoymovierentals.com DVD Request List (the first available starting at the top of your queue). If you send back two movies, then we'll send you the next two available DVD's on your Request List.... and so forth. This ensures that you will always have four movies at once.

| I want to sign up for a rental membership or to make a purchase but are my transactions secure? |
PinoyMovieRentals.com uses a 128-bit encryption secure server. When you place your credit card information, we utilize SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology that encrypts your information you enter before it is transmitted to us so that the data passed between your computer and our server is unlikely to be compromised. The technology platform we use is fully PCI compliant. PinoyMovieRentals.com is committed to the complete privacy and security of your personal information so we will never release this information to any third party organizations. |

| I tried to signup for membership but I am getting a PAYMENT DECLINE error. Why is this happening? |
When purchasing your membership, it is very important to provide only your exact billing address and phone number (the same billing address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information may cause your account to be rejected or declined. This strict authentication process is to protect both parties. PinoyMovieRentals.com will only ship DVDs to the cardholder on file. It is unlawful to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to place an order. Anyone caught trying to enter an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted. Each transactions carries the IP address and information of the internet provider through which the individual user can be traced. Please help us keep our prices low by using only valid information.

| How does the 10 day Free Trial work? |
The 10 day free trial is simple, you get to try out our service for 10 days. Once you signup for this plan, we will only perform an authorization on your credit card for the full amount to ensure its valid. We will NOT charge or debit the card. Once the account is approved, we will start shipping out your movies from your movie queue right away. After the 10 days has elapsed, do nothing, we will simply charge the standard plan amount on a monthly basis and your account remains current and active so no disruption to your service will occur. |

| Are the DVD movies you sell or rent original copies? |
Absolutely, all of our movies for sale and rental are originals and direct from distributors like ABS-CBN INT'L, VIVA Video or Regal Films. We do not sell or rent bootleg copies or copied duplicates from the originals. |

| What day of the month will I get billed? |
Your flat monthly membership fee (plus tax) is automatically billed on the monthly anniversary of your first charge. For example, if your first charge was on the 17th of the month, your next charge is on the 17th of the following month. |

| Should I wait until the first of the month to sign up? If I sign up mid-month, will the first charge be prorated? |
There is no need to wait. Your flat monthly membership fee is automatically billed on the monthly anniversary of your first charge. For example, if your first charge was on the 17th of the month, your next charge is on the 17th of the following month. |

| Can I pay with a check or be billed in the mail? |
No. We require a valid credit card for every Pinoymovierentals.com DVD Subscription Plan, including all promotions. This is to verify account information, secure orders and prevent fraud. |

At this time, yes, we only ship within the U.S. to every state and territory. |

| I am staying at a hotel or motel. Can I have my movies delivered to me there? |
Due to losses, we feel it is in the best interest of Pinoymovierentals.com not to ship to hotels or other such transitional addresses. |

| Are your movies sent by first class mail? |
All our discs are sent by first class mail. If you're returning our movies at your local post office, you may return movies sent in our mailers through the metered mail slot, if available. |

| Will the shipping envelopes say "PinoyMovieRentals.com" on them? |
Your shipment will come in a postage paid 2 way DVD envelope and will have a return address with our company name "PinoyMovieRentals.com" on them. |

| How long will it take to get my movies? |
Once you have an active PinoyMovieRentals.com membership, we will ship you the first available movie or movies depending on your membership plan. Currently, movies are shipped from our Midwest shipping center in Illinois via the US Postal Service first class mail. The US Postal service estimates on average 2 to 4 business days for shipping time to anywhere in the US. However, shipping times may vary from member to member as well as from shipment to shipment, depending on your local postal route, delivery location, volume of mail, weather, etc.
Please note, postal holidays normally cause an increase in shipping times. Orders received on Sundays and holidays are processed the following business day.

| How do I report a shipping problem or a disc that won't play? |
If you have any shipping problems, such as delayed arrival of your rentals, or an unplayable DVD, you can report it on the Contact Us page. We will investigate the situation and respond to you within 1 business day. |

| I lost the protective sleeve which the DVD arrived in. |
If you lost the sleeve which the DVD arrived in (the one with the movie title and description on it), be sure to include a note in the envelope with your email address on it so we can properly credit your account. |

| What if I don't receive a title I requested on my list? |
We understand that things happen and sometimes the U.S. Postal Service can make mistakes, and therefore we offer the Contact Us page to report the occasional lost DVD or email us at support@pinoymovierentals.com. However, theft of DVD's will not be tolerated. We will have Postal Inspectors investigate the issue. If this becomes more than an occasional occurrence, we will be forced to suspend your account, pending a full investigation by the postal service, and fraud divisions of credit card companies. All prosecution laws apply. Please think twice before deciding to keep the DVD's and blaming it on the postal service. Please help us to keep our prices low. |

| What if I returned the DVD with a severe crack that would deem the DVD unplayable? |
All our DVD's are sent and should be returned with a DVD sleeve and a rigid cardboard cover that makes the DVD inside virtually protected from any destruction that would make the DVD unusable with severe cracks and scratches. If any of these things happen and the DVD is returned to us with a crack that would deem the DVD unplayable, then PinoyMovieRentals.com does not have any choice but to penalize the user with restocking fee plus the MSRP of the DVD totaling to a predetermined fee of $30 per DVD. So please handle all DVD's with care once you receive it and before you ship it back to us. We do appreciate this so we can continue to keep our prices low. |

| My DVD Request List |
| What is 'My DVD Request List'? |
'My DVD Request List' is the list of movies you've selected to rent. You can update or edit your Request List at anytime. Initially, we'll send you the first available DVDs from your Request List. When you're finished watching one of the DVDs you have out, send it back so we can ship the next available title from your Request List. To rent a movie, browse our PinoyMovieRentals.com site and click the Rent It Now button next to any movie. This title will be added to your Request List.
To adjust the priority of movies, change the number in the Priority column and then click Update Request List. It's also easy to change the priority of more than one movie at a time. Simply change the priority of as many movies as you want and then click Update Request List -- the site will make all the necessary changes. To remove movies from your Request List, check the X box next to any movie. |

| Occasionally, I receive the second or third title in my DVD Request List before the first. Why does this happen? |
When you return a movie or have an open slot in your Request List, we make every effort to ship your first choice. To help you get the most out of your membership, if a title in a higher spot is out of stock, we'll send your next available in-stock title. This way, you will always have great movies on hand! |

| I sent back a DVD but never got the next one in My DVD Request List. |
Once a title you return has been checked back into our inventory, you'll receive an email confirmation of its return. We'll then ship the next available title from your Request List. You can always check the My Account page on the site to see whether we have received the movie you've returned. If 7-10 days has passed, and you don't receive a confirmation email from us, please use the Contact Us page to let us know that it has 'Already returned' and we will process your next title in your list.

| How does Instant Return work? |
Instant Return is a new concept for PinoyMovieRentals.com. You can now get your next available movies in your queue faster when you use Instant Return! You can save between 2 - 5 days by just letting us know that you have returned your DVDs. This is something that you can’t get from just any other Filipino DVD rental site! |

| How do I use Instant Return? |
To use this feature, simply log into your account after you have placed the DVD(s) in the mail. In your Rental Queue, under the section marked "Sent Movies(s)", click the "Return Movie" button for a specific title that you've just returned. This will notify us to send the next available movies on your Rental Queue on the next business day.
PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to put your Instant Return privileges under review if you abuse or misuse Instant Return, or if your automatic credit card payment was declined. Repeated abuse or declined payment will cause your Instant Return privileges to be taken off permanently. |

| What are the terms of Instant Return? |
You are only allowed up to twice your rental plan limit. For example, if your plan is the 2 out at a time plan, after you used Instant Return for these 2 movies, we will ship out the next 2 available movies in your queue which means you have doubled the out-at-a-time count. Therefore you are only allowed to have 4 movies out (2 using Instant Return and 2 outstanding Active Sent Movies). Of course once we received your 2 Instant Return movies, you are allowed to use this again for the next 2 movies. PLEASE NOTE: The movies marked as Instant Return must be received by us no later than 10 business days have elapsed after you send them out. Otherwise we may charge your account the same amount as your current rental plan. We reserve the right to put your Instant Return privileges under review if you abuse or misuse Instant Return, or if your automatic credit card payment was declined.
