An illicit affair comes uncovered by an untimely death. Leaving Rebecca not much choice but to pick up the pieces of her shattered illusions. Those which she has a hard time coming to terms with in the arms of her cheating husband, Edwin with whom the just deceased Violeta had been carrying an affair with before her fatal accident. Then along comes Vincent whose search for answers takes him to places frequented by Violeta, and there the stumbles upon Rebecca doing a searching of her own. Drawn together by thier misery, they help each other find what they came for. Only to find themselves confronted by what they first sought out to find in their respective partner's cheating hearts.
