Two brothers are separated after their mother dies. One becomes a cop, the other an assasin. The cop ambitiously wants to bring down a drug lord supported by politicians, while the assasin works for the same drug lord. A cult leader who turns out to be their estranged father is supporting the drug lord. Both brothers are out to bring down the cult leader-- one to save lives and solve crime, the other to avenge the death of their mother.
