| On his hospital bed, a dying Uncle Tong gives final instructions to his dreadlocked nephews Andrew and Condrad: deliver a brown bag in exchange for a package. No questions asked. Cousins Andrew Tan and Condrad Cunanan-- two film school geeks consumed by one onverwhelming question: who is the greatest filipino director?
