The below applies to all our current rental plans:
- Your credit card will be charged depending on your chosen payment plan as soon as you sign-up.
- For our 10 day Free trial plan, we will only perform an authorization to validate your credit card, after the 10 days has elapsed, we will then charge your credit card for the regular plan price.
- If for any reason that you want to cancel the membership, you can do so by signing into your account. In which case, once all movies are returned, you will not be charged going forward. Please keep in mind, no refund or credit will be given for any remaining months left in your plan.
PinoyMovieRentals.com is a world wide web site owned and operated by Play Interchange Inc. ("Play Interchange Inc." and "PinoyMovieRentals.com"). By accessing any areas of PinoyMovieRentals.com, users ("User") agree to be legally bound and to abide by the terms and conditions set forth herein (the "Terms of Use").
User hereby affirms and warrants that User is currently over the age of eighteen years (21 in some areas) and are capable of lawfully entering into this agreement.

ACCESS:

MEMBERSHIP:
Membership dues are non-refundable. Members may cancel themselves at any time online by going to the cancellation page.
Some or all of the following fees and charges may be incurred by you: a. Subscription Fees. You are responsible for paying periodic subscription fees according to the then-current billing terms. Subscription fees are non-refundable. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL - Subscription fees are automatically renewed, and therefore automatically credit card or check debited, at the end of the original term selected, for a like period of time, unless proper notice is received from the Subscriber at least seven (7) days prior to renewal. b. Full payments for all goods and services ordered at, through and/or from this service and its licensees.

MISCELLANEOUS:
Users may not use PinoyMovieRentals.com to send unsolicited advertising, promotional material, or other forms of solicitation to other Users except in those specified areas that are designated for such a purpose. It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught willfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted. Each electronic entry carries the computer coding of the internet provider through which the individual User can be traced.
PinoyMovieRentals.com Service Terms and Conditions
You must agree to these terms and conditions before you can become a member of this site.
Access and Membership:
"By subscribing to this service ("PinoyMovieRentals.com"), I ("Subscriber") agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement (the "Agreement"). The parties to this Agreement are myself (the Subscriber) and PinoyMovieRentals.com. This Agreement is subject to change by PinoyMovieRentals.com at any time, and changes are effective upon notice to the Subscriber."
"In order for me to become a member, I must be at least 18 years of age or older (21 in some areas). I certify that I am 18/21 years of age or older (21 in some areas) and are capable of lawfully entering into this agreement."
"PinoyMovieRentals.com reserves the right to reject submission deemed to be in violation of these terms and conditions, or any incomplete or illegal submission."
"Processing and delivery times may in practice limit the number of DVDs Subscriber can rent each month."
PENALTIES:
All our DVD's are sent and returned with a rigid cardboard pad that makes the DVD inside virtually protected from any destruction that would make the DVD unusable with severe cracks and scratches. If any of these things happen and the DVD is returned to us with a crack that would deem the DVD unplayable, then PinoyMovieRentals.com does not have any choice but to penalize the user with restocking fee plus the MSRP of the CD totaling to a predetermined fee of $30 per DVD. So please handle all DVD's with care once you receive it and before you ship it back to us.
INSTANT RETURN FEATURE:
The movies marked as Instant Return must be received by us no later than 10 business days have elapsed after you sent them out. Otherwise we may charge your account the same amount as your current rental plan (double charge). We reserve the right to put your Instant Return privileges under review if you abuse or misuse Instant Return, or if your automatic credit card payment was declined. Repeated abuse or declined payment will cause your Instant Return privileges to be taken off permanently.
BILLING:
- Subscriber will be billed a flat fee including taxes, if applicable, once a month and Subscriber may cancel at any time.
- Subscriber's membership fees includes ALL postage and handling charges.
- Any applicable sales tax will be added to Subscriber's monthly membership fee.
PLANS:
- Subscriber may change plans at any time.
- Upgrades in plans will only result in billing the difference of the plans.
- Downgrades in plans will affect the next billing cycle. No refunds for partial months of use will be credited.
- Future billing cycles will be billed at the new rate.
CANCELLATIONS:
- Subscriber may cancel online anytime.
- Please email us a cancellation letter at email address: support@pinoymovierentals.com. We do not have phone support, so please make sure to email us at the said address so we can cancel your account accordingly. You can also perform an automatic cancellation through your member page. You can log in to your account and choose to cancel your account from there.
- Cancellations take effect immediately, if and only if there are no pending DVD's in the possession of the customer at the time of cancellation. Otherwise, cancellation will occur if the DVD's are returned for a maximum of 7 days after the first notice of cancellation.
- No refunds or credits will be given for partial months of use.
- All rented movies must be returned to PinoyMovieRentals.com within 1 week of cancellation.
- After Cancellation any rentals not returned will be subject to standard PinoyMovieRentals.com restocking fees based on the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price for the disc, totaling to $30.00 per disc
DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS:
Subscribers and customers must contact PinoyMovieRentals via Email for any Disputes, Refunds or Returns before filing a Dispute with their Credit Card provider. Failure to do so before disputing the charge, will cause PinoyMovieRentals to charge and bill the subscriber $30 for the penalties our company will incur from the Dispute/Chargeback. The $30 charge will be billed to the customer/subscriber for failing to coordinate with us first before filing a dispute. In the event, that PinoyMovieRentals did not respond to the inquiry/dispute then the subscriber has no obligation for the $30 penalty.
SPECIAL OFFERS AND INVITATIONS:
- Invitations and special offers are available only for first-time PinoyMovieRentals.com customers, unless stated otherwise on the offer.
- Each promotion code is limited to one per household and cannot be combined with any other offer(s).
- Offers are valid only within the United States and its Territories, are not transferable and are void where taxed or otherwise prohibited by law.
- Once redeemed, all promotional offers are final and are not eligible for refund or return.
