Richard Grieco is a prisoner in Hong Kong who is released on parole. Upon his discharge,he goes back to the US where he is welcomed by his wife who betrayed him by testifying against him causing his imprisonment. she then tells him that his former tormentor is now doing business with a syndicate in Manila and pleads for pleads Richard to track him down. As he reaches Manila, he is smitten by a young Filipina who seems to be free to inhibitions to achieve her dream of going to abroad. But when Joyce also falls prey to the syndicate, Richard runs after the group to seek vindication for himself and especially for the innocent girl who had to sacrifce herself for him.
